I am a missionary

This is our response to the Pope’s message entitled, “Together with young people, let us bring the Gospel to all.”

As one of the youth, we truly believe that God created us in His own image and likeness and that He is the designer and the builder of our lives. Our life is a gift from God and we should value it as we value Him. We should live our lives to the fullest and follow His purpose for us.

We want to express our gratitude to Pope for his letter and for his love and concern to us young people. He emphasizes how we can make a difference and that we are the next generation that will continue the journey in bringing the gospel to this world. He told us that life is a mission and that everyone of us is a mission that is the reason why we exist.

In this modern yet chaotic world, Pope Francis is asking us that we should not forget God and we should remain faithful to Him because having a strong faith in God will help us grow as a person and it will help us in the success of our mission.

Being a missionary, we should be faithful that we trust God’s plan for us, caring for other people, and charitable that we know how to share the blessings that we receive to other people because these serves as a foundation that will bring us to unity as we journey in life.

We will support this month of mission as we become young disciple who are passionately devoted to serve others even in the simplest way we can. We will be an advocator and a role model to our fellow youngsters so we can be united as one.
