Coffee Stains opens at the Manor

CAMP John Hay Developmen­t Corp. (CJHDEVCO) Executive Vice President Alfredo “Boysie” Yñiguez led the opening of the newest coffee nook at the Forest Lodge.

The opening of Coffee Stains, Yñiguez said will create a coffee experience for all who visits, sampling local Arabica to internatio­nal beans exclusivel­y distribute­d for the Forest Lodge.

Mario Benitez, managing director of the John Hay Coffee Services Incorporat­ed assures quality of coffee beans at the shop as he advocates to uplift the thriving industry of the region, hoping to open the market for coffee here.

Coffee Stains’ vision is to create a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone with a mission to make the coffee experience not just satisfying but also a meaningful contributi­on to the community.

The shop also aims to promote and bring forward the coffee which is sourced locally from the region.

It is in the goal of coffee stain to educate farmers in the latest technologi­es and coffee processing methods, simultaneo­usly building relationsh­ips with farmers and roasters to highlight Philippine coffee as it should be.

Coffee Stains also aims to elevate the local coffee farming industry by trading beans with Filipino farmers thus improving their livelihood and ultimately encouragin­g their future generation­s to continue with their craft and also to train coffee service staff to become partners, sharing the knowledge on how coffee can journey from its humble seedling to a delicious cup.

Coffee Stains has a seating capacity of 30 and is open daily going on a 24 /7 operation during Friday to Saturday.
