A PERSON having a sound mind and a good reputation have the capability of doing good to the society especially to the people in the community. With a fresh and clear mind, an individual can be more productive as he wants to be that will help in developing further their personalities that will be of great help to ensure no a progressive nation.

In the school, a teacher who is not in good standing is not in any ways a good facilitator of education process and surely, the students will suffer. Such condition will deter the pupils to learn as a physically and mentally unfit teacher creates a bad learning atmosphere.

Teachers with problems be it emotionally, economically among others have the tendency to bring it to the schools they are teaching. And their concentration in helping the development of the pupils will be much affected as their minds are overwhelmed by their problems. The result? aside from the teachers failing themselves and will add if not develop to their depression, the pupils will have lesser interest to learn or go to school.

The teachers also need continuous development, through endless education and wellness enhancement. They have to be in good condition to be good teachers.

Pupils will learn to love their teachers if they see them having good auras in school. A smiling teacher with a "shining" disposition can be the the better if not the best educator in the learning center or schools.

But, it should not only be the teachers that will take care of their well-being. While it is up to them to do the most efforts in their development, the community they are into have also responsibilities in helping the teachers to be good teachers and productive citizens. It should also be the responsibility of their co-teachers, co-employees, their bosses and the institutions they are into to ensure a helpful environment for them to shine and have strong self-confidence.

If such be achieved, the teaching-learning process will be as healthy as it should be.
