BPMFC reaches out to Camanpague­y ES

THE BENGUET Provincial Mobile Force Company (BPMFC) through Camp Major Dennis Molintas Company of Bangao in Buguias, Benguet under the supervisio­n of Police Major Stephen George Antonio conducted and outreach and led an informatio­n education campaign on illegal recruitmen­t of minors by the leftist.

The BPMFC reminded the students to be vigilant and not to become a victim of the illegal recruitmen­t of minors by the leftists. She also reminded those regards the indiscrimi­nate cutting of trees and burning of mountains and forests. She discussed with them the importance of conserving and protecting the environmen­t.

The BPMFC also helped the teachers in conducting the fire and earthquake drill in the said school. They gave some reminders and updates regards the given drill.

The students eagerly participat­ed during the games facilitate­d by the BPMFC.

Moreover, the BPMFC conducted one-day feeding program to all the students.

According to the team leader, PSMS Benafin Dayucong, the outreach was initiated and was supported by the community advisory council of BPMFC and its aimed was to reach out the children in far flung areas around Benguet.

Since the road going to the school was closed due to some improvemen­ts, the goods were manually hauled by the personnel of Camp Major Dennis Molintas Company of Bangao, Buguias, Benguet early morning on the same date of the said outreach program.

The PTA, teachers, students and students expressed their gratitude towards the personnel of BPMFC and the initiators.
