Moresco-1 marks golden year with blissful AGMA

ONE of the highlight activities during the Moresco-1 Golden Anniversary Celebration was the Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA).

As the power provider celebrate an impressive milestone of 50 years providing better, brighter and stronger power services more or less thirty (30) thousand member-consumers gathered at Moresco-1 covered court on May 18 to grace the country’s pioneering electric cooperative annual assembly.

The AGMA is an occasion for Moresco-1 to give back and honor its valued stakeholders. The event is also an avenue to inform stakeholders of recent undertakings, progress and developments pursued and achieved by the cooperative.

“More than just a get-together occasion Moresco-1 sees the and 1 tricycle package to member-consumers from 10 districts of the cooperative’s franchise areas during the 2018 AGMA.

“Since we are celebrating our 50th Anniversary this year, the AGMA is made extra special and festive. Ever since the AGMA is something the member-consumers look forward to. This year we are giving away bigger and more raffle prizes making the event more exciting” Cagalawan shared.

The 2018 AGMA is made extra exceptional as Moresco-1 welcomes new head in Engr. Jovel Ubay-ubay. The newly installed Moresco-1 General Manager is formally introduced to the member-consumers during the occasion. Ubay-ubay is the third generation general manager in the history of the electric cooperative. (PR)
