Translation: Beyond Basics seminar
THE University of San Carlos (USC) Cebuano Studies Center, in cooperation with Inotherwords Inc. , will conduct a seminar/ workshop, Translation: Beyond Basics, for teachers and aspiring translators on Oct. 14 and 15.
The seminar/workshop aims to capacitate its participants in the theories and skill of translation for them to efficiently translate lessons or translation projects.
The speakers are renowned practitioners in translation studies, namely, Dr. Ralph Semino-Galan, Dr. John Iremil Teodoro, and Fr. Albert Alejo.
The seminar/workshop has a limited slot for only 50 participants.
