SUGBU and Datu Lapu-Lapu took the overall crown of the Arkilympic­s last Sunday after getting the most points at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) in Canduman.

Sugbu and Datu Lapu-Lapu piled up a total of 133 points. Metro Cebu finished at second place with 115 points, while Cebu ended up at a distant third with 50 points.

Datu Lapu-Lapu dominated the swimming men's category with Alan Choachuy taking the titles in both the 50 and 25 meter events. Sugbu's Ariane Alix won both the 50 and 25 meter events in the women's category.

Sugbu's Ric Ampiloquie bagged the table tennis title.

Datu Lapu-Lapu also won the basketball event and the bowling doubles. Sugbu, on the other hand, also topped the bowling master's event and had the best muse, Sophia Sanchez.

Datu Lapu-Lapu and Sugbu teamed up to win the badminton mixed doubles.

Metro Cebu took the crown in the football event, finishing with six points from two wins and no losses. Metro Cebu edged out Sugbu, 2-1, and beat Cebu, 1-0. Vincent Abellana was named MVP.

Metro Cebu's Arnulfo Carungay snagged the title in the billiards event.

Cebu won the crown in the badminton women's double event, FS took the badminton men's double.
