Bringing Filipino families the largest comprehensive real estate portal in the Philippines, Filipino Homes had its grand launching and ribbon cutting last Dec. 7, in Marina Seaview by Blue Elephant, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

Having the mission of connecting Filipinos globally, Anthony Leuterio, award-winning broker, founded a solution to provide convenience for real estate buyers and sellers, of a one-stop shop of products and services, available both online and offline.

“Why not create the biggest marketing arm in the Philippines to provide an opportunity for the need of every Filipino?” Filipino Homes, according to Leuterio, is a free system that offers market information and many other services, being a reliable brand that stands for honesty and integrity.

There are seven subsidiary businesses under Filipino Homes: Leuterio Realty, Car Savers, Live Eye, Build and Sell Projects, Hotels and Rentals, Insurance Savers powered by Insular Life, Happy Webs and Travel Savers.

Considering the need for houses, Filipino Homes offers Build and Sell Projects. “Build and Sell is an opportunity to cater to the shortage of housing and maximize income potentials,” said Azela Honor.

Chris Malazarte, who handles Hotels and Rentals under Filipino Homes, sees rental businesses as a promising endeavor, an opportunity that does not depreciate as rental activities continuously rise every year.

“A car is no more of a luxury but a necessity,” stressed Arnold Nolasco who handles Car Savers of Filipino Homes. “What makes Car Savers different is because you treat it like real estate,” added Nolasco. Behind Happy Web is Albert Padin, the only Google developer in the Philippines, offering affordable packages for companies that need a website. “Every Filipino needs a home, but every Filipino business needs a website.”

All seven ancillary businesses are gathered in one home to help and connect Filipino people globally in the most efficient way possible.
