NorthStar condominium completes structural phase
HOMEGROWN property developer Iron Wood Property Ventures Corp. (IWPVC) marked a milestone with the topping of” of its first condominium project NorthStar last Dec 14.
The ceremony established the completion of the structural phase of the 16-story building, which sits on a 1,250-squaremeter lot along Larrazabal Ave., North Reclamation Area in Mandaue City.
Since it began construction in July 2015, NorthStar Condominium has posted a sales take-up of more than 75 percent.
As of this writing, only 42 units available for sale.
IWPVC expects the project to be sold out even before its expected completion in September 2017.
Most of the project’s unit buyers come from parents who have children studying at a nearby medical school, overseas Filipino workers, foreigners and medical and young professionals.
NorthStar’s unit sizes range from 32 to 111 square meters and are priced between P2.9 million and P9.8 million.
All units are well ventilated, with lots of natural light. Each unit also has its own functional balcony.
The project has 186 residential units categorized as studio, bedroom, loft and premium loft.
The condo’s amenities include a fitness gym, yoga area, 22-meter lap pool, function room, art gallery and roof garden.
Building features include 100 percent backup generator, car access elevators, balcony and intercom with camera in every unit, bike racks and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
The NorthStar showroom is located on AC Cortes St., Mandaue City, right beside Copenhagen Residences, which is also owned and operated by IWPVC.
Established more than six years ago, IWPVC aims to serve the appetite for real estate needs in Mandaue City, and in the province of Cebu.
The company puts a premium on quality, good design and functionality, at reasonable prices.
