A Rustan’s Galactic Adventure
Little earthlings got themselves ready for an out-of-this-world celebration for another wellloved family tradition held at the children’s area of the Rustan's Ayala Cebu, which also doubled as a Halloween party called the Galactic Adventure, where children got dressed in all sorts of fantasy costumes to enliven the event even more so.
The Rustan’s Galactic Adventure launched at exactly 3 p.m. that day and seen walking through were a Jedi, an astronaut, a space cowboy, a galactic wonder-woman, an astro-chick, a group of superheroes and many more exciting space explorers. These little earthlings didn’t fail to start off playing at the Lego station, watch cartoons, do a bit of coloring, raid many of the space treats to their hearts content displayed at the candy buffet table and even take some interesting photos using the face stand-in cardboard cutouts. A souvenir photo was even handed to every child to take home as well. Food served to the little guests were a range of astronomical kiddie favorites enjoyed by all.
Upon liftoff to a cheering crowd, Spaceship Captain Nicole Tuazon announced the day’s mission, which was a list of games. The first game was called “Mummy Goes To Space” where the little explorers were paired off to see who could create the most covered and spookiest mummy using toilet paper—the winners were Vijay and Yanna. The next game was to “Pin Astronaut Miles to the Moon” and had eight winners—Chase, Erzo, Eugenie, Janica, Kalina, Megan, Sean and Xavier, who all got “closest to the moon.” The last game was to help the flight deck called “Build The Tallest Rocket” using Lego blocks and had David and Kyle as the winners. Super Girl Maegan was awarded for being the first guest to arrive. She received a gift bag from Rustan's and a certificate for a pair of shoes from Chooze. Another award was given to Ninja Turtle Saige and Unicorn Sophia, who also received some exciting gift bags from Rustan's.
Before leaving the “space center,” the little earthlings were handed a blue carry-on bag filled with lots of treats to savor themselves with plus other extras, of course, from the added trick or treating event at different stations across the third level of the children’s department area of Rustan's. After this, it was mission accomplished for the Rustan’s Galactic Adventure!
