RDAK wants to address housing backlog

-

RDAK Land Inc. recognizes the need to address the existing backlog in the housing market in the Philippines, hence its new and innovative solution: the “Puyo Dayon” scheme. It is comparable to a typical rental payment but will revolutionize the industry as it will address the needs of the markets faster.

RDAK Land commits to make housing affordable both in price value and payment options. The schemes for the products are designed such that those with limited income and savings can afford to pay for the down payment or monthly amortization. The payment terms are within reach for households that have a combined income of at least P20,000.

Bayanihan Flats is an innovative product developed by RDAK Land. The value of the product is as simple as ABC.

A, it is accessible. Located in Pajac, Mactan, it is only a ride away to shopping destinations, schools, churches, hospital, and recreation resorts.

B, it is budget-easy. Residents will start paying the amortization only once they have moved in. Reserve a unit for as low as P5,000 then pay the move-in fee which will entitle the buyer to already occupy the unit. Monthly amortization is as low as P7,880 per month.

C, it is a community. The Bayanihan Flats neighborhood will enjoy the convenience of a commercial facility in front of the development. There is a swimming pool and clubhouse and the trellised walkway will provide comfort as one walks on the sidewalks. The community will also have its own security.

Guided by the vision of its chairman, Ricardo Delfin King, RDAK Land aspires to create long-term value for Filipino families on many aspects of their lives.
