Feud Alert! Stallone vs. Affleck

-

Entertainment reporters quickly noted how Sylvester Stallone failed to return to the table where he was assigned a seat during the recently concluded Golden Globes.

Stallone, whose three daughters—Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet— shared the title of Miss Golden Globe during Sunday’s ceremony, was assigned a seat in the table allotted for Manchester by the Sea, which starred Casey Affleck and produced by Matt Damon. The table was considered a prime location so Stallone would have a good view of his daughters.

Unfortunately, according to multiple reports, there was only one available chair. There was no space for Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin.

According to E! News, Affleck and the other occupants of the table tried to grab an extra chair, which was hard because of the cramped layout.

“He was understandably upset,” a source said.

Stallone and Flavin reportedly left and decided to watch their daughters from the green room.

Affleck, who was also a presentor on the show, had a chance to check in with Stallone backstage before he introduced his film. The 70-year-old Oscar-winning actor, though, would have none of it.

“Casey was nothing but gracious,” the source said. “Stallone was horrible to him and told him to get out of his face.”

A representative for Stallone refused to acknowledge the incident and instead released this statement: “Sylvester Stallone had a wonderful evening attending and presenting at the Golden Globes and celebrating with his family and friends.”
