38 Park Avenue
A New York-inspired 38-storey residential condominium at the Cebu IT Park, 38 Park Avenue is a joint venture under El Camino Developers Cebu Inc. which is comprised of the Cebu Landmasters, Gothong Southern Properties, Acrissor Development Corp., and RKD Property Holdings Inc. with CLI as the lead developer. It will be located in the last 1.17-hectare patch of green in IT Park, Cebu’s most prime and expensive real estate property. CLI is pioneering the introduction of New York-style high rise and open park living in Cebu with the aim of taking the Metro to the next level.
The mixed-use urban park concept highlights three components—a high-rise residential condo, an open green retail park called The Plaza, and a future office building. Soon to become one of the imposing landmarks in the city, the masterplanned project is proudly Cebuano with world-class standards.

Citadines Cebu City at Base Line Center
Slated to open in 2019, Citadines is an international serviced residence possessing the most desirable location at the heart of midtown Cebu. It will be managed by The Ascott Limited, the world’s largest serviced residence operator. Citadines Cebu City is Ascott’s first foray outside Metro Manila, and the eighth Ascott property in the country.
The Citadines will cater mostly to business or leisure travelers who are staying here for at least a month. It will be part of the new Base Line Center, a modern and upscale mixed-use development on a 1.6-hectare prime lot targeted at established professionals and millennials. The Base Line Center used to be Cebu’s sports and recreational hub, and to this day, still is one of Cebu’s landmarks.
The Citadines will feature units with sizes ranging from studio king to loft, and come equipped with a fully functional kitchen and home entertainment, among others. It will also have a recreational floor with a swimming pool and fitness center. Commercial spaces, dining and retail outlets will be integrated as well.
