ONE DIRECTION MEMBER ARRESTED FOR FENDING FANS OFF GIRLFRIEND
One Direction member Louis Tomlinson was arrested for suspected assault last Friday for a scuffle that happened at LAX, the Los Angeles airport. Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder arrived at the airport with a paparazzo taking photos of the couple. Tomlinson tried to stop the paparazzo from taking more photos of Calder. While Tomlinson was engaged with the paparazzo, Calder was trying to stop a group of girls from taking a video of the incident. As a result, the girls ganged up on Calder. In an effort to rescue Calder, Tomlinson grabbed one of the girls away from his girlfriend. Tomlinson was booked for suspected assault but is now out on bail.

Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder, an ex-girlfriend he recently reconnected with, arrived at the airport with a paparazzo taking photos of the couple. Tomlinson tried to stop the paparazzo from taking more photos of Calder, whom he dated for four years ending in 2015.
While Tomlinson was engaged with the paparazzo, Calder was trying to stop a group of girls from taking a video of the incident. As a result, the girls ganged up on Calder.
A video acquired by Radar Online shows Tomlinson and the paparazzo falling to the ground but the singer immediately ran after Calder, who was backed up to a corner by the girls who were taking a video of Tomlinson.
In an effort to rescue Calder, Tomlinson grabbed one of the girls away from his girlfriend.
But Tomlinson was booked for suspected assault. He is now out on bail.
One Direction fans immediately harassed one of the girls online. Tomlinson’s celebrity friends, including
Just Hold On collaborator Steve Aoki, also had his back on social media as video clearly showed he was only trying to save his girlfriend.
