Foodies in constant search for new restaurants or food joints worth checking out rarely hit a dead end here. Hardly in short supply of such, the metro is chock-full of them on either side of the bridge.

At M.L. Quezon National Highway, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu stands The Rabbit Hole. Owned by Goldberry Suites and Hotel, it’s located on the ground floor of the boutique hotel and has been open since October last year. It’s a restaurant, café and bar combined.

Bearing a contemporary look interior-wise, it gives off a mellowlike vibe with both an indoor and outdoor dining setup trimmed with quirky details. Hotel guests can choose to dine at the place or from their respective rooms. It serves breakfast buffet daily. More that that, it doesn’t cater just to hotel guests’ food and beverage needs including room service, but also to walk-in patrons.

Serving a fusion of varying dishes, it promises a menu of international food choices served in hefty portions. Some crowd favorites include seared miso salmon fillet served with soba noodles, arugula and cucumbers; osso buco in herbs and red wine reduction, as well as a wide selection of pastas, breakfast selections and sandwiches like its fried chicken sandwich topped with creamy slaw and served with sweet potato fries. Its dessert choices are also worth checking out including its chocolate chip cookie skillet a la mode topped with a scoop of ice cream.

The Rabbit Hole is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily.
