Graduates from the University of San Jose-Recoletos snap some photos to enjoy one of life’s biggest milestones. And it’s definitely worth celebrating. As of the 2010 census, only 10.1 percent of all Filipinos completed a college degree. Nearly 20 percent managed to complete high school.
