The Oakridge Business Park topped off its 12-storey oakridge IT Center 2 last June 9. The PEZA-registered building will be finished in November. It will have 14,000 square meters of leasable area from the 5th to 12th floors. The building is expected to bring in more BPO offices, as well as retail brands, diners, entertainment and welness facilities. The building has expansive parking spaces from the 2nd to the 4th floors, with 24-hour security and backup power supply. “For us, it’s always been about ensuring customer satisfaction rather than just maximizing profit. We may be small but that’s also our strength because we can personalize our services more,” said Edmun Liu, Oakridge Realty Development Corporation chief executive officer.

Envisioned to be a sanctuary within the city, Oakridge Business Park topped off its latest building, the Oakridge IT Center 2 (OITC 2) last June 9.

The masterfully planned, 12-storey Philippine Economic Zone Authority-registered building is slated for completion in November. With over 14,000 square meters of leasable area from the fifth to the 12th floors, the OITC 2 is expected to bring in more business process outsourcing and office clients, as well as more retail brands, dining choices, and entertainment and wellness facilities, doubling its current leasing inventory.

The OITC 2 also features ample parking spaces for free on the second to fourth floors, and amenities such as round-the-clock security system, 100 percent back-up power supply, five-passenger elevators with one service elevator, and a helipad on the roof deck.

“For us, it has always been about ensuring customer satisfaction rather than just maximizing profit. We may be small but that's also our strength because we can personalize our services more,” said Edmun Liu, Oakridge Realty Development Corp. chief executive officer.
