The gastronomic experience in the region just got even more interesting. A new dining hub in Metropolitan Cebu offers a sophisticated design and dishes with quality taste yet not heavy for the budget. Sort of avant-garde, one wonders how such a beauty could be located in the middle of the city.

The restaurant that everybody has been talking about is The Pyramid. Owned and operated by Kobi Choi, it literally is built in the shape of a pyramid. According to management, the shape symbolizes pyramidal fervor and ambiance which offers energy, for the pyramid shape joins the heaven and earth.

The place hasn’t been turning heads only because of its shape but also because of the vast variety and affordable selection of food. It is a bistro that offers great food for an affordable price.

The restaurant’s menu includes breakfast and coffee options in the morning that are sure to start one’s day right. It also offers healthy juices and sandwiches in the afternoon for a fulfilling lunch and a variety of quality meals perfect with craft beer or wine pairings in the evening. Ranging from the light and joyous taste of sparkling wine which is perfect to pair with canapes and starters, to the delicate floral notes of the fruity rose perfect to match the bitterness of the salad, one can drink his fill.

The menu is not limited only to one type of cuisine; instead it offers a fusion of flavors from all around the world. The selection is so wide that they also offer four types of pasta, five flavors of pizza, ostrich steak, ribs, kimchi bowl and ribeye steak and even more.

The Pyramid will also be serving as a gallery for local artists who wish to make their own name in the industry as the restaurant displays a few artworks on its spacious walls from time to time. In addition, the restaurant hosts yoga sessions every morning before it opens as its topmost floor offers a beautiful view of the sunrise.

The Pyramid is open from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. on weekends and until 2 a.m. on weekdays. It is located in Cebu IT Park right across eBloc 3.
