Pusô powerhouse

Pusô Bistro and Bar, Quest Hotel and Conference Center-Cebu’s all-day dining outlet, caters to more than 700 persons a day from breakfast to dinner. Managing this busy restaurant is no easy feat; thus Pusô has two powerhouse names leading its operations.

Danilo Gonzales, or Chef Danny as his colleagues and team members call him, stirs the direction of the culinary team of Quest which includes the main restaurant Pusô Bistro and Bar, Events and Catering, Room Service and the Bread Library.

Danny has over 20 years of experience in the culinary field and has worked in various locations in the Philippine­s as well as abroad including Oman, Jeddah and Qatar, honing his skills and experience to bring back to Cebu and share with Quest.

His partner in bringing together a wonderful experience in the restaurant or during events is also a well-experience­d food and beverage personalit­y. Born to a veteran hotelier parent, Jeremy Paul Tongco is no stranger to the hotel and restaurant business; so it’s no surprise that he found his place in the fast-paced and highly competitiv­e food and beverage sector of the hospitalit­y industry. Jeremy had to rise from the ranks and learn his way up to master his craft and now become Quest’s food and beverage manager. Jeremy leads the service team providing the warm and attentive service at Pusô Bistro and Bar, Room Service, Pool Bar, Business Center and the Quest Serviced Residences.
