■ PRIMARY HOMERUN RAISES FUNDS FOR 20 STUDENTS
Proceeds from this year’s Primary HomeRun last July 2, which reached P416,000, will be used to fund the scholarship of 20 senior high school students at the School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor, Leadership and Service (SKILLS) of the Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI).
This year’s Primary HomeRun held last July 2 carried the theme, “Run, Dance, Conquer, Run to Build Their Future” The total proceeds of the event reached P416,000 cash, which will be used for the tuition of the SKILLS 20 scholars
Twenty senior high school scholars can now study for free at the School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor, Leadership, and Service (SKILLS) of the Primary Structures Educational Foundation Inc. (PSEFI).
The proceeds gathered from this year’s Primary HomeRum held last July 2, which reached P416,000, will be used to pay for their tuition.
With the theme, “Run, Dance, Conquer, Run to Build Their Future,” the event was held at Cebu Business Park.
As a gesture of gratitude to the runners, scholars from SKILLS offered free foot massage after the run.
SKILLS is part of the PSEFI, a training and certifying institution on technical-vocational courses in all construction-related trades and sole training and certifying entity for heavy equipment operations in the country.
PSEFI is a Tesda-accredited training and assessment center.
SKILLS offers various registered training programs and assessment center accreditations. Programs offered are blue skills, such as carpentry, construction painting, welding, heavy equipment operations; and green skills, such as housekeeping and household services.
SKILLS also offers new programs, such as English as second language, hilot wellness massage, medical facility services, and senior high school program (K-12 Ready).
