Along with an updated look and new products, Mang Inasal opened its newest branch in LapuLapu City last July 29.

This is the 28th Mang Inasal branch in Cebu and the third store franchised by Erich Kensey Hugh Lim, in addition to the ones in SM Consolacion and Parkmall.

This is the biggest store franchised by Lim so far, with an area of 303 square meters and a seating capacity of 176. This is also the first standalone Mang Inasal store in Cebu as it is not located inside a mall or any commercial establishment.

Mang Inasal recently brought out its new ware: leaf-shaped plates in green and off-white—a fresh change from its previous classic plates.

“We wanted something sustainable. Our new ware has a modernized Pinoy feel,” said Lim.

The store interior also features a more vibrant color scheme, while the menu board is more product-focused with less text and larger pictures.

Last July 20, Mang Inasal launched its new and improved pork sisig with bigger portions and more meat. Mang Inasal now offers combo meals as well, which already includes halo-halo. Customers automatically get two scoops of ice cream for every regular-sized Pinoy halo-halo.

“We are constantly innovating our products to keep up with the competition,” said trade marketing officer Aljon A. Azote.

The newest branch is open from Monday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
