Be Resort continues renovation

-

When Be Resort Mactan hosted some participants of the Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines early this month, it took a breather from its P100 million major renovation program. Intensive works has since been resumed.

About 70 percent of the rooms have been remodeled and are now ready for occupancy. However, the Ironman pause affected the target completion date of the entire program from November this year to early 2018.

Keen attention is given to every detail involved in the process. Be Mactan’s nature-inspired guest rooms pay homage to its surroundings, as represented by the headboard patterns consisting of leaves, corals and water bubbles—a creative and compelling way to advance the property’s design relative to the changing needs, lifestyles and trends of guests, whether for business or for leisure.

From the playful pastel hues and clean lines of all the rooms, each room is now distinct through the headboard color and featured patterns: blue and corals for pool-facing rooms, green and leaves for garden-facing, orange and bubbles for ocean-facing.

Each room also includes curated elements, marrying design and functionality as seen on the presence of an antique mirror that conceals the TV box.

When guests step into the hallway leading to the rooms, they can immediately feel the warmth and welcoming tone of woods, as a result of veneering and wooden paneling.

The remodeling aims to capture the evolution of everything around, integrating familiar comforts to ensure high quality guest experience. Sharp regard has been given to carpeting to reduce impact noise.
