“This OOTD was my take on industrial chic. I was going for a minimalistic look so I paired a gold skirt to contrast with my old rose top. As for my style, I don’t put limits on myself. I like to experiment and vary my style depending on my mood. I can be a pin-up girl one day, and gangsta the next.”

Check out Kor’s style tips:

■ Know what style suits your body type. In my case, I’m apple-shaped so I go for flowy dresses or tops that subtly conceal my middle. I’m also fond of empire cuts because they’re sleek and emphasize my assets.

■ Be comfortable with what you’re wearing. If it pinches you anywhere or if some parts of it are too tight, don’t force it no matter how good it looks. You can always find good clothes that fit well and look great.

■ Don’t be scared to add a pop of color to your outfit. In my case, my hair is my boldest accessory because I like to play with vibrant and pastel hair colors. I also enjoy doing my makeup and I’m not afraid to rock purple lipstick with my pink hair.

■ Invest in good shoes. My mom always told me to buy good shoes because they can take you to good places. I like buying sneakers or slippers from brands that I know are durable and can last a long time. Although they’re quite pricey, they pay off in the long run.

■ Have your own unique style. Don’t just follow any trend. Find something that works for you and stick with it.
