The Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) rescued 11 minors and arrested 106 personalities during the Oplan Pokemon last Thursday.
The Carbon Police Station caught a street-level target who yielded more than P50,000 worth of shabu in Sitio Bato, Barangay Ermita.
Operatives arrested Maridel Basalo, 22, and Zosimo Lawas, 31, with sachets of shabu and drug-sniffing paraphernalia.
The Women and Children
Protection Desk of the Police Station 5 rescued 11 minors on the corners Climaco and Magallanes Streets and inside the Freedom Park.
Simultaneous operations
The Oplan Pokemon, or One Time Big Time, also led to the arrest of a high-value target, two previously-arrested drug personalities and five surrenderers, according to the CCPO.
Shabu with an estimated worth of P1,428,660 was confiscated with 68 suspected users and pushers arrested.
Twenty-two persons involved in illegal gambling were arrested, while six video carrera and molemole machines were seized.
The 11 police stations of the CCPO conducted simultaneous operations as part of the Oplan Pokemon, which the CCPO implemented in August last year to target illegal drugs and criminality.
It was the 36th Oplan Pokemon conducted by the CCPO.
