Rapidly becoming one of the go-to restaurants, Bicester is a latest addition to Cebu City’s growing list of brunch spots in the city, and not just for brunch but also for coffee, cocktails and pastries (as seen in the neon sign in the cafe). It’s inspired by Bicester Village, a shopping district in Oxford. Enjoy its all- day brunch specialties paired with specialty grade coffee. Some of its items on the menu include the tapa rice, chicken and waffle, banana pancakes and many more.
