Whole-day conference on dental implants , Nov. 19
Dr. Peter Moy, a leading authority and sought-after lecturer on dental implants, will hold a special oneday conference on Nov. 19 at Rizal Ballroom, Makati Shangri-La.
A protégé of Dr. Per-Ingvar Branemark who is considered as the father of modern dental implantology, and the first holder of the Nobel Biocare Endowed Chair in Surgical Implant Dentistry, Dr. Moy plays a major role in the advancement of dental implant.
He was appointed co-director of UCLA Dental Implant Center in 1991, and assumed sole directorship of the center in 2003. He is also an associate editor of the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is the immediate past president of the Academy of Osseointegration.
The conference will have two sessions–lecture on the latest developments in dental implants in the morning, and a live dental implant surgery in the afternoon.
This conference is presented by Straumann Philippines, in partnership with the Philippine Prosthodontic Society and Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.
Registration fee is P8,000 for early bird registration until Oct. 31, 2017; P10,000 for Nov. 1 to 17, 2017; and P12,000 for onsite.
