FILIPINA WINS A SPECIAL BEAUTY TITLE

Barely a week after the Philippines dominated the Miss Earth and Reina Hispanoamericana contests, it got another crown under its name: Miss Top of the World Plus Size.

Jodel P. Mesina bested the other contestants for the crown during the contest held in Singapore last Sunday.

Mesina is expected to arrive in Cebu today.

Last week, Karen Ibasco won the Miss Earth 2017 while Winwyn Marquez won the Reina Hispanoamerican title.
