‘HIGH-VALUE PUSHER' FALLS IN MINGLANILLA

Two women were caught in a drug bust by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) 7 operatives in Lower Pakigne, Minglanilla at 4:15 a.m. yesterday. The suspects were identified as Evangelyn Medalla, 49, and her alleged customer Sharon Alicaya, 33. Medalla had been listed as a high-value target who can allegedly dispose of up to 200 grams a week, according to PDEA. The suspects yielded 23.5 grams of suspected shabu worth P117,500. Complaints for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
