3 VANDALS, ALL MINORS, RESCUED IN LABANGON
Three minors were rescued after they were caught vandalizing the walls of Labangon Elementary School last Saturday. PO2 Merlinda Ferrer, Women and Children Protection Desk chief of the Punta Prinsesa Police Station, said the three, two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old, spray-painted the walls of the school. Ferrer said the minors (real names withheld) were turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Services. The parents of the minors, school administrators and barangay social workers agreed to let the three clean the graffiti themselves.
