WHICH IS THE MAYOR’S?

With the disclosure that it’s not Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña himself who writes the content in his Facebook account, the public may wonder if an item there is the mayor’s idea or that of his son who uploads it.

Legally, the mayor is accountable for whatever his Facebook says. But with his denial that he wrote the offensively vulgar hashtag (which compared Team Rama to the foul smell of a woman’s private part), his readers may not be sure if any item comes from the mayor or his son who reportedly feeds and uploads it.
