When she started dating Prince Harry last year, it was widely rumored that Meghan Markle would soon leave “Suits,” which she has been starring in since the show premiered in 2011.

But multiple sources are claiming that not only is she departing the show this season, so is her on-screen love interest Patrick J. Adams.

According to Us Weekly magazine, the couple may tie the knot this season, which would then set up a clean exit for the two characters.

Fun fact about this on-screen couple; Adams, 36, once shared a photo of Markle kissing him on the cheek to celebrate the 100th episode of “Suits” and it was like all hell broke loose in the internet.

“I posted this old photo I had found of Meghan and I on set. I went to bed, and woke up in the morning and realized ‘Oh, yeah. I live in a world where you can’t post things about Meghan,’” he told Esquire.com earlier this year. “I had this onslaught of people retweeting the thing... and I just thought, ‘What the hell is going on?’”

“It was such an innocent moment of sentimentality that was twisted into something totally different,” he added.

A lot has certainly changed since 36-year-old Markle started dating Prince Harry, 33.

When Adams married “Pretty Little Liars’” Troian Bellisario last December, Markle didn’t attend the wedding reportedly because she did not want to take away the focus of the celebration from the couple.
