Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres are among the celebrities whose homes are threatened by the ongoing wildfires in California.

Winfrey told fans she had already evacuated her dogs in Palo Alto, which is around a four-and-a-half-hour drive from her home in Montecito in Santa Barbara, California.

“Evacuated 10 days ago. Smoke was bad for breathing,” Winfrey tweeted as fans asked her if her staff and dogs had already left her Montecito mansion, which according to E! News, is called “Promised Land.”

The day before, Winfrey tweeted that the house was still standing: “Praying for the Promised Land and everyone else’s land. Firefighters on the defense.”

Katy Perry also owns a home in Santa Barbara and revealed her younger brother David Hudson had evacuated their parents.

“Woke up to wish my mom a happy 70th birthday today to find my brother evacuating them from the insane #ThomasFire in Santa Barbara County that has kicked up once again,” Perry tweeted over the weekend. “Praying for the firefighters & first responders that are fighting it back as best they can. Love you SB.”

DeGeneres and wife Portia De Rossi have also evacuated their beachfront home in Carpinteria, Santa Barbara.

“Our home is still standing, but so many homes have been lost,” DeGeneres tweeted. “Firefighters continue to be my heroes.”

Rob Lowe revealed he has been helping firefighters put out the fire, but advised people who are doing the same to leave home when it’s time.

“Helping earlier today. You do what you can, but when it’s time... you GO,” Lowe said on Instagram, where he also shared photos of firefighters who worked tirelessly to put out the fires.

According to E! News, heiress Paris Hilton and “Glee” actress Lea Michele have also evacuated their Los Angeles homes.

Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Cosmetics facility had to temporarily shut down.
