“My signature style is definitely bohemian. What I love about this look is the color. I usually gravitate toward warmer tones like reds and yellows not only because I think it complements my skin tone, but also because it just exudes life and excitement, which helps reflect some of my personality into my clothes. I also love the fact that I can really accessorize when it comes to looks like these. Most of the accessories you see me wearing in this photo are things I’ve made myself.” Faux Suede Hat in Brown - Parfois Kennedy in Charcoal - Sunnies Specs Long T-Shirt in Yellow - H&M Longline Embroidered Kimono in Ochre - Forever 21 Beaded Tassel Necklace - DIY Wood and Feather Necklaces - DIY Bracelets - DIY Faux Suede Fringe Bag in Tan - H&M Printed Pants - Robinsons Department Store Rainier Sandals in Dark Brown - High Altitude

Check out Richard’s style tips:

■ For the bohemian look, go for clothes with fabrics that don’t really hold their shape, like gypsy skirts, wide leg fisherman pants or tops with flared sleeves. ■ More is more. Try to layer a kimono over a top and see how it looks. Not layered enough? Add a paisley print scarf over that ensemble. ■ When I think of bohemian, I immediately think of warmer climates. Don’t wear a knitted cardigan over chunky knitted sweaters in this weather. ■ Look beyond the intended function of the item. The pants I’m wearing are actually from the

pambahay section of Robinsons Department Store, right next to the dasters. Be creative. ■ The key to a cohesive look lies in the colors that you use for your outfit. But you can go beyond a monochrome look. Try a complementary color palette, or a tri-color scheme. You can use a color palette generator to help you, or you can browse pictures on Pinterest to get a good feel for what colors look good together.
