The seminar “The Property Market is Changing – Are You Ready for the Future?” aims to advise real estate developers and stakeholders on how to best adapt to the changing landscape of the property market.

Asean-based real estate consultant for strategy and policy Prof. Enrique Soriano III will share his knowledge on future-proofing a business and making the right decisions to accelerate growth and success. Having been a program director for real estate for more than a decade at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Soriano brings with him 30 years of experience in the property sector.

Engr. Dennis Morada, senior director of W+B Real Estate, will be discussing real estate development as being all about financial modeling and value creation and how one can optimize returns in a competitive market. Morada has been in real estate for 20 years, specializing in business and project development. He is a civil engineer, real estate broker and appraiser by profession.
