-

Whatever the celebration, the hotel is just the right venue

February sees Golden Prince Hotel’s simultaneous fetes of Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year Day with Puppy Love: A Celebration of Love and Luck in the Year of the Dog.

From today until Sunday, seductive menus await dining lovers and food lovers at Le’Mon restaurant, the hotel’s main outlet. Diners can savor the expert ministrations of executive chef Marlou with lunch and dinner menus highlighting carvings of beef Wellington or certified Angus US rib-eye steak or beef tenderloin on selected dates. On Friday, Chinese New Year Day, roasted Peking duck takes center stage. These highlights should transport seekers of both fantastic taste and great value to a merging of both ideals.

Le’Mon restaurant has also recently introduced three new stations to further expand one’s golden dinner experience: the Bisaya corner that features native cooking taken to another level; Gado-gado station, which is a chock-full of healthy options of greens and other fresh produce; and the Triple Carving station, which beckons seasoned meat lovers.

On Valentine’s Day, “143” opens the doors of Bulawan Küche with its panoramic views of the city, and D’Prince Hall—both on the 11th floor—to dining couples to enjoy an exquisite four-course meal with wine at a valuable price that simply says “I love you” back. Amid intimate live entertainment, choices of certified Angus beef US rib-eye steak or honey-glazed salmon for entrees, and choices of luxurious red velvet brownie or decadent molten chocolate lava cake for dessert, are all for the taking at just P1,430 per couple.

Dining at Golden Prince Hotel’s outlets this auspicious love month has never been so satisfying.
