■ Comelec will accept Rep. Gwen Garcia’s certificate of candidacy as a ministerial function. ■ If the Ombudsman formally notifies the Comelec a copy of the dismissal and disqualification order or an adverse party files a complaint against her candidacy, citing the Ombudsman decision, Comelec decides on whether she will be disqualified. ■ If Comelec disqualifies her, she can go to court. All this may not happen, if the Ombudsman decision is reversed by an appellate court before deadline for the filing of COC.
