CCPO chief says police officers have big salaries now, there’s no reason for them not to do their job well

To keep police officers in check, PNP Chief Ronald dela Rosa ordered commanders of police offices to conduct surprise visits in every police station.

Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) Director Joel Doria said that he already instructed their intelligence branch to discreetly inspect the personnel of all 11 police stations in the city.

“I will conduct visits. But it will be unannounced, of course,” Doria said.
