Woman files raps against 2 lawyers, estranged hubby

-

More charges were filed against two Cebu lawyers and a Swedish tourist who allegedly conspired to put a woman behind bars and falsified public documents for her property.

Assisted by her lawyer Ophie Easter Bragat, complainant Lovely Anne Enad filed the complaints that accused lawyers Rico Amores and Glicerio Baguio and Swedish tourist Hans Goran Gunneriusson of conspiring to take away her property.

“(Respondents) conspired to put me in jail, steal my personal belongings, usurped my real property by falsifying documents and planned my death,” said Enad in her affidavit.

The respondents, along with four other people, are facing criminal complaints before the Office of the Lapu-Lapu City Prosecutor for allegedly conspiring to evict a landowner from her house last May 12, 2017.

The other respondents are Emilio Manilao Jr., Roger Keith Torralde, Florentino Olivar and a certain Jerry Boy.

They were accused of falsification by private individuals and use of falsified documents, qualified trespass to dwelling, robbery, robbery with intimidation against a person, robbery in an inhabited house and usurpation of real rights in the property.

A separate complaint of falsification by a notary and use of falsified documents was also filed against Baguio.

In her affidavit, Enad said she was surprised when police arrested her in her home for estafa last May 12, 2017.

Enad said she was unaware of the estafa case filed in court since Gunneriusson, her estranged husband, and Baguio allegedly conspired to “willfully and maliciously falsify” her estranged husband’s testimonies in the complaint.

Enad suspected that Gunneriusson filed the complaint as a counter-charge when she filed a deportation case against the Swedish national before the Bureau of Immigration.

Enad said Gunneriusson got infuriated after she filed the deportation case, and wanted to get back at her through his lawyers Amores and Baguio.

After Gunneriusson sued his former wife, he allegedly tried to evict Enad from their house.

Enad said that she later realized that the respondents have “evil plans” when they conspired to take away her house. /
