Belgian chocolate distributor organizes event
A baking demo Baking Demo with chef Jemalyn Mallillin has been organized by JGY Ingredients and Equipment, the distributor of the finest Belgian Chocolates by Barry Callebaut and Selbourne Chocolates. It is open to the public tomorrow from 1 to 5 p.m. at the International Culinary Arts Academy Cebu (ICAAC) Building on Don Gervacio Quijada St., Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City. Chocolate aficionados and enthusiasts, as well as baking hobbyists and home bakers, are welcome to attend the demo which has limited seats. For a registration fee of P500, one can already attend the demo and receive some product samples, certificate of attendance and be included in a raffle, too.

Mallillin will demonstrate how to make chocolate tartlet, feuilletine chocolate truffles, strawberry chocolate buttercream, chocolate banana cake and captain oats chocolate chips.
