Nankid helps moms, dads bond with kids

Nestlé Nankid brought Parentology+, an advocacy to help parents reshape their child’s future, at the Northwing of SM City Cebu last month.

The event featured interactive stations with topics ranging from lifestyle to physical activity and socialization. It also featured personalities, who shared their journey as parents.

Parentology+ kicked off last Feb. 3 to 4 at Trinoma Mall, which started the Metro Manila run. It aims to bring the advocacy closer to parents across the country and encourage them with the thought that with enough commitment, knowledge and support, they can build a better future for their children despite the technology, environmental changes and lifestyle shifts.

The event featured blogger Stephanie Zubiri-Crespi and Nestlé nutritionist Aleli Magtibay. They gave insights on nutrition and diet.

Football player Anton del Rosario shared how he got his son to embrace an active lifestyle and love sports. Entrepreneur and stylist Cat Arambulo-Antonio spoke on how she helped her children learn to socialize with their peers and shared tidbits on how to stimulate their creativity and confidence.

Hundreds of Cebuano parentand-child tandems enjoyed the interactive event, which taught them how to keep their children happy without the help of modern technology.
