Teleperformance Recruitment Sourcing team recently launched the #ApplytoInspire campaign and hosted newly hired team members for a day of fun with the children of Kythe Foundation and Kalipay Negrense Foundation.

From a pool of successful hires between Feb. 2 and March 20, 2018, at least 150 new employees were given the opportunity to sponsor a child from these chosen organizations.

The children were treated to a fun-filled day in interactive play centers, such as KidZania in Manila, Kidzoona in Bacolod and Davao.

The event was held in Playlab at the Robinsons Galleria Cebu on April 7.

The #ApplytoInspire fun day was held in partnership with Citizen of the World, the corporate social responsibility arm of Teleperformance.

The initiative aims to provide opportunities for employees to be part of the worthy cause by

helping the sick children and their families.

Nearly 60 kids were invited to spend time in the play centers and a total of P300,000 was donated by Teleperformance to both Kythe and Kalipay foundations to help improve the children’s quality of life.

“We warmly welcome our newest Teleperformance employees. We are super excited for you to be a part of our team. These activities,

especially being able to give back to the community we work in, is truly important to us,” said Teleperformance managing director Travis Coates.

George Dy, vice president of Recruitment Sourcing, enjoined all participants to help create memorable experiences for the disadvantaged and critically ill children.

“Let us not forget that this event is really for the kids,” he said.
