Resort hotel offers great summer dining and tour packages for families and friends

Summertime offers a number of opportunities for a relaxing beach getaway. One may make the most of this season with family and friends at Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu.

The resort has a Mövenpick Day Tour package that offers great value for fun and splash under the sun. This special offer is one’s ticket to enjoy the hotel’s pristine white sandy beach and swimming pool from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy the day basking and relaxing in the sun or exploring the sea while swimming or snorkeling. For some indoor challenges, everyone is welcome at the game area complete with a pool table, chessboard, Xbox and foosball set.

From 3 to 4 p.m., one may take part in the Mövenpick Chocolate Hour, during which complimentary bite-sized chocolate treats are served at the lobby. Guests will also get access to the Happy Hour at Ibiza Beach Club, during which drinks are offered at buy-one-get-one-free deals from 4 to 6 p.m. Part of the Mövenpick Day Tour package is a dining privilege between a choice of breakfast or lunch buffet at The Sails restaurant, coupled with a round of drink such as Manny O. wine, speciality coffees, soda or chilled juice.

Another option for the island break is the Ibiza Experience, with which one gets the same access to leisure facilities and dining privileges, except that the guest will receive a premium 15-course Balearic dinner at Ibiza instead of buffet at The Sails.

A number of discounts come with both the regular Mövenpick Day Tour package and Ibiza Experience. Guests will enjoy 50 percent savings on the themed dinner buffet at The Sails, plus 15 percent off on massage treatments at Spa del Mar and water sports facilities. Discounts are valid on the same day of visit.
