“This is what I wore when I went glamping on my last trip to Morocco. It was exactly what I needed after coming from the chaotic souks of Marrakech. I wanted to prioritize comfort since there was a lot of hiking around the camp. Sadly, it was raining a lot when we were in the camp so wearing jeans and closed shoes were necessary. This is definitely one of my favorite OOTDs because of how comfortable it was. I wore a long flowy top, my favorite pair of jeans and an off-white fur coat. This was my “go to” look. I usually lean toward bold and unique pieces when I shop. My style certainly depends on how I feel that day. I can never commit to a particular style! I love experimenting and discovering new things with fashion. I always

keep an open mind when something new comes up.”

Check out Patty’s style tips:

■ Fit it before you buy it. I learned this the hard way. It’s easy to get carried away especially with all the new trends in fashion. It may look great on a certain person, but it may look different on you. Be a smart consumer. Fit before you buy. This will save you a lot of money and time.

■ White shoes. If you’ve seen my Instagram photos, you’ll know just how obsessed I am with white shoes! I use them every single day. They match with almost every outfit I have which makes it perfect to travel with. It’s the most versatile item I have in my closet. I can use them when I go to meetings, or during a night out with friends.

I love how they make my outfit look streamlined. It’s my guilty pleasure. I’m always on the look out for my next pair!

■ Mix and match. When buying clothes, always think of three other items in your closet that you can pair it with. This is the ultimate rule I have for myself when I shop. Choose clothes that are stylish yet versatile. No one is even going to notice how many times you’ve worn that item.

■ Go bold or go home! I love accessorizing. Never underestimate the power of accessories. Whether it’s a statement necklace or a bold pair of earrings or those trendy sunglasses, I’m all for it. Accesso- ries are a staple in my wardrobe. It definitely completes my look.

■ Add a pop of color. If you’ve already got a closet full of neutrals, then it’s time to be brave and conquer your fear of color. It’s always a safe bet to put your money on the neutrals, but maybe the next time you see something with a bold color, try it on. You’ll never know!
