Amoa starts 3rd phase
AboitizLand launched its third and latest enclave inside its most recent residential development, Amoa.
Called Anila, which in Sanskrit means wind, AboitizLand highlights the enclave’s close proximity to the ocean where the wind can be felt the most. With a total area of seven hectares filled with lush, open spaces, it is the third phase of the development launched following Samira and Surya.
Inspired by traditional Filipino residences fused with minimalist conventional architecture, Amoa traces the root of its name to the Visayan word “amo-a” which means “ours.”
Launched in October 2015, Amoa is part of AboitizLand’s current portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use development projects. The 60-hectare residential development located in Barangay Tamiao, Compostela, Cebu has induced a deep feeling of pride and ownership in the community north of Cebu, with its wide vistas, rolling terrain, networked open areas and rain gardens that occupy nearly half of its land area.
The launch of Anila was a three-day event filled with the best that AboitizLand has to offer. The first part on May 25 was the Amoa Vecino Socials while the Amoa exhibit commenced on May 26 until the 27th at the SM City Cebu North Wing Atrium.
On top of rousing performances from some of Cebu’s best singers and dancers including performers from the Ballet Center Cebu, the Best of Cebu singers, the Wonggoys and the Adlib Band, there were raffle draws for exciting prizes and discounts as well as an exhibit which showcased the latest developments in Amoa.
