Grand Land Inc., the residential property arm of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, won big awards at the recent Property Guru Philippines Property Awards 2018 held at the Fairmont Makati. This young Cebuano developer bagged this year’s Best Affordable Condo Development, Best High-End Condo Development, Best Hotel Development, and the Highly Commended Boutique Developer awards. All these awards and recognition are nothing but an icing on the cake for everyone’s work. Khristina Pestaño, the vice-president of Grand Land, Inc., said that the awards are a representation of their ceaseless hard work and team effort. “These give the company the confidence that we are going in the right direction,” she added. The awards solidify Grand Land’s reputation in delivering the grand developments and projects in Cebu. It legitimizes them as a trusted Cebuano brand. Pestaño noted that what set Grand Land apart from the rest and helped them win these awards are their projects’ strategic locations, value for money, and design efficiency.
