As part of its goal of building dreams and improving lives, Nexus Real Estate Corp. turned over the first tower of its flagship project and the first condominium development in Talisay City—Antara—last June 23, six months ahead of its schedule.

“The turnover of the first tower is only the beginning of a truly iconic development,” said Nexus chief executive officer Shanna Lopez. “Groundbreaking of Tower 2 and construction of the retail strip is set to start very soon together with the other components of the project.”

Inspired by a traveler’s experiences, Antara Condominium is a modern Balinese-inspired resort-style development in Barangay Lawaan, Talisay City. It comprises five towers for residential, hospitality, adventure and commercial facilities, and a wellness and leisure center. The community is environment-friendly, relaxing and iconic with the intent of harmonizing nature and urban development. It gives homeowners the feel of home just minutes away from the city.

This 3.2 hectare development promotes an ecologically sustainable and energy sufficient community highlighted by the perfect mix of residential, commercial and recreational elements. Each unit is bigger than the average condominium unit featuring premium finishes such as Giardini del Sole doors, luxurious kitchen set with black galaxy granite countertops, hotel-type bathroom fixtures, LED lighting, and Euro-style luxe floor planks. It also comes with a private balcony for the unit owner to enjoy the panoramic views of Cebu City and Talisay City.
