Bastille Day at Blu Bar

Marco Polo Plaza celebrates French National Day with a special seven-course dinner at Blu Bar & Grill on Bastille Day at 1,000 feet above sea level with the breathtaking view of the city.

On the main menu is the grilled veal tenderloin with parsnip puree and morel sauce, followed by a savory fromage of tomme de savoie with quince jelly served together with grapes and crackers. For dessert, there is milk chocolate and Kahlua soufflé combined with rich espresso ice cream.
