Bastille Day at Blu Bar

Marco Polo Plaza celebrates French National Day with a special seven-course dinner at Blu Bar & Grill on Bastille Day at 1,000 feet above sea level with the breathtaki­ng view of the city.

On the main menu is the grilled veal tenderloin with parsnip puree and morel sauce, followed by a savory fromage of tomme de savoie with quince jelly served together with grapes and crackers. For dessert, there is milk chocolate and Kahlua soufflé combined with rich espresso ice cream.
