WELLNESS SATURDAYS AT QUEST

Different fitness activities are expected every weekend of September

Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu elevates the fun in fitness with Wellness Weekends, a series of healthy snack buffets and exhilarati­ng indoor group exercises, held every Saturday of September. It will feature fitness activities led by Anytime Fitness instructor­s, paired with a scrumptiou­s snack set of healthy fare—an exciting preview of the hotel’s Pusô Bistro & Bar’s new healthy a la carte menu. Registrati­on per session is at P500 net per person.

One may bust a sweat while having fun and be among the first to savor the hotel’s new healthy menu. Each session features different items of delightful bites such as egg white vegetable muffins, buckwheat aglio olio pasta, mushroom quinoa burger and veggie wraps. The snack set also includes fruit skewers and a detox beverage.

One may zumba without question tomorrow, which is the first in the weekend lineup. Then one may showcase his dancing skills with Body Beats on Sept. 15 and 29. One may also go for the intense circuit training Functional 50 on Sept. 22. Activity starts at 5 p.m.

The fitness activities will be facilitate­d by instructor­s of global fitness brand Anytime Fitness, which is located in three areas in Cebu: Anytime Fitness Cebu Business Park, Anytime Fitness Escario and Anytime Fitness Oakridge, which is set to open soon as well. As a treat to Cebu’s fitness aficionado­s, all Anytime Fitness members will enjoy an exclusive discount of 20 percent at Pusô Bistro & Bar’s lunch or dinner buffet throughout the month of September.

Pusô Bistro & Bar also offers an extensive healthy selection in the lunch or dinner buffet as well including a do-it-yourself salad bar with a tasty selection of leafy greens, dressings and toppings. There are also dessert options with choices for vegan, gluten-free, wheat and soy-free items. Lunch buffet is at P700 net per person and dinner buffet is at P850 net per person.
