MARCO POLO LAYS OUT FIESTA WITH NEW MANAGER
One may experience a true Spanish fiesta as Marco Polo Plaza Cebu brings a rich and flavorful culinary festival: Sabores de España! This as the hotel also welcomed Austrian national Michaela Priesner as resident manager of the hotel.
As an experienced hospitality professional, she has filled managerial positions for a number of hospitality companies including Kempinski Hotels, Anantara Hotels & Resorts, Rotana Hotels and Resorts, and Aleenta Resorts & Spas in the UAE, Austria and Thailand.
“I wanted to work again in a business hotel while still being able to visit the beach every now and then and Cebu City could offer me both. I love the warmth, the smiles, and the hospitality of this city,” said Priesner.
She is looking forward to getting to know the community and the Cebuanos: “It’s an honor to be a part of this amazing team. Marco Polo is a true landmark in Cebu City.”
