For a dream home, buyers still get the best

-

Despite the high inflation, players in the bath and tile industry in Cebu remain hopeful that consumers who want to realize their dream house will continue to purchase their products.

Michael Co, chief executive officer of Cebu Home and Builders, said that the rising inflation didn’t stop them from offering what is new in the industry.

“It has been robust. The inflation has an effect, but on the principle of building your own dream house, I don’t think that will hamper your choice of product. The rising inflation should not stop us from presenting what is new, what is nice and what one is capable of in realizing your dream house,” he said.

The company launched the Tile and Bath Festival on Friday where they showcased tile artistry and bath trends.

James Co, chief operating officer, assured their clients they will still be able to choose quality products from the latest trends in the industry.

“We have that responsibility of propping up that market. We do not want the inflation to hinder our potential to give to the Cebuanos or to the Filipinos in the market the good and better products,” he said.

Even if they viewed the rising prices of goods as a challenge, Michael said that they will adjust accordingly.

“At Cebu Home and Builders, we are known for bringing good and quality tiles at a reasonable price that most or more people can enjoy,” he said. The festival, which will run until Nov. 4, features European and Asian brands.

Product development manager Cye Pascual hopes the festival will evolve in time and also highlight other products. /
